Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
i have configured fresh bugzilla on my window server.
i tried to configure SMTP details .
i login as Administrator.
I gone to Parameter/Email section and filled necessary details.
Actual results:
I am getting the message "fileds successfully changed" but the fields are coming to the default parameters.
Expected results:
Field should be updated what i gave the input.

Your file permissions might not be correct. Sounds like a permissions problem.
