User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180704003137
Steps to reproduce:
Using a custom Windows theme on Windows 8.1 (one which has light buttons and other UI elements) like this one: https://www.deviantart.com/sagorpirbd/art/Blaze-Final-for-Win-8-8-1-403348833
Note: to be able to use this theme, UXStyle program is needed, otherwise it will not work.
Actual results:
Most Firefox UI buttons have now white text on light background. For some reason, when a non-stock theme is applied, Firefox uses BTNHIGHLIGHT color propery instead of BTNTEXT like it should.
Expected results:
Button text should have been black like is stated on BTNTEXT theme property.

I tried testing this bug but had issue installing UXStyle program. Based on bug screenshot I am placing this under Firefox: Shell Integration so someone can look into it. Thanks!
