1481368 - WebRender break wikimo title with Fira Sans font on Mac

I can reproduce the issue on Mac from latest nightly (2018/8/8) all the way back to 2018/4/1 build. I haven't check further earlier.


Step to reproduce: 

1. Download and install "Fira Sans Regular" font (version greater than 4.2), eg. latest (4.301) from  https://github.com/bBoxType/FiraSans/blob/master/Fira_Sans_4_3/Fonts/Fira_Sans_TTF_4301/Normal/Roman/FiraSans-Regular.ttf
(Or from Google skyfont, which has 4.203)

2. Download zh-tw nightly build, eg., https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2018/08/2018-08-02-22-00-56-mozilla-central-l10n/firefox-63.0a1.zh-TW.mac.dmg

3. Start nightly with new profile.

4. Toggle about:config `gfx.webrender.all` to true

5. Restart Nightly

6. Open any wiki.mozilla.org pages and found title broken. eg., https://wiki.mozilla.org/Platform/GFX/Quantum_Render

7. If you disable/enable Fira Sans on Mac Font Book, the display instantly resume/broken. (check video: https://youtu.be/i-UbbxdW6Qs )
