I suspect the problem is in under the "google cache" line. That

Internet Explorer renders well this page, breaking the long line into several, the page is there viewed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://linuxtoday.com/news_story.php3?ltsn=2002-05-29-025-26-OP-DV&tbovrmode=3#talkback_area
2. You see the layout design is broken, the page is too wide making it very, very nasty to read it. 


Expected Results:  It should be viewed like Internet Explorer does, keeping the expected width.

The HTML coding is bad.  The first TD element [Talkback(s)] has a width of 100%,
and other TDs on that first row [Name and Date] have widths set.
