148154 - Wrap panel does not show up in Composer

This is what the testcase documentation says about Find/Replace "wrap" in 
Composer:

When you reach the bottom/end of the document, it should stop at bottom and pop 
up a panel "End of document reached, continue from beginning?" with OK/Cancel 
buttons.
If you click Ok, it should it should start finding ocurrences of that string 
all over from the beginning/top of the document. If you click Cancel, it should 
and the search."

But, this is not what is happening, no panel pops up. The Find/Replace - wrap 
keeps going through.

I saw this on both OpenVMS build 20020513 and Linux 2002051009 (both rc2)

I consulted with mpt, who disagrees that we should have a popup here.  I agree
with him, and don't see the need for a popup when the user has already checked
Wrap.  Tentatively marking WONTFIX (reopen if you disagree).  

Who owns the test case document, and where is it?  If this bug stays WONTFIXed,
then we should update the testcase.

Sujay--by marking this verified, are you going to make sure tha the testcase is
fixed?  I'd prefer that this bug be reassigned to Sujay or someone else to fix
the testcase rather than marking it "wontfix"
