We can use the hg pushlog to see how often a particular file changes. Let's combine this information with the costs for each file (Bug 1479557) to generate a report of the "worst" files in the tree.

It looks like the automatic rebase before landing caused problems. Sofia, can you manually rebase this onto the current mozilla-central tree and re-push?
