We have a version check, but our required version is going to stable soon, so while it's recent enough, we're still relying on an unstable cargo feature to build with tup, so we should start checking the channel rather than the version number.

Our version check is removed as well, as the current required rustc version for Firefox includes all features required to build with tup.
