Details

While deciding on a telemetry schema, we decided to collect:
* drive_is_ssd: whether the srcdir is on an SSD
* virtual_machine: whether the system appears to be a virtual machine

These are probably going to require fiddly platform-specific implementations, so I'm going to leave them to a followup bug. They're optional fields, so we can safely submit data without them and add them later.
