[Affected versions]:
FF Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-08-07)
FF Beta 62.0b15 (2018-08-06)
FF Release 61.0.1 (2018-07-04)
[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10 x64 (64-bit)
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox with a new profile
2. Open http://moji.gr.jp/firefox/sample.pdf
3. Zoom in to about 800-850%
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and zoom in more to about 900-970%
[Expected result]:
Page should get zoomed in, and the text and numbers should remain visible.
[Actual result]:
Bottom numbers become lines that run towards the bottom of the page and on the right side of the page the text disappears completely.
[Note]:
While i came across this issue I was using a computer with ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics card.
I've also tried to reproduce this issue on different computers using the same Firefox versions without success, those had NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 and
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 respectively.

Hi Lee,
It doesn't seem to occur on the latest Firefox versions (Firefox 66.0.5 / Nightly 68.0a1)

Can you check with mozregression to see which patch might have fixed it?

I've ran mozregression but this is the closest I could get to finding the fix: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=b8f49a14c458f56a6a08e4c177671108e386be3a&tochange=12a60898fdc12e4ab8735f228a77d6c1e6a600a9
The fix might've come from Bug 1544404, although I'm not entirely sure.
