Details

Queries show that the Treeherder data in ActiveData stopped updating on 2018-08-04. This stops the generation of some of the sheriffing OKRs.

Sorry for the delay. I have been working on this since last week when ?you? pointed out the problem on irc. I suspect that the AWS rate limits for EBS drives has changed, and it slowed down the cluster. I believe the problem is resolved now.
