We already track the values of the tracking protection prefs in telemetry: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/aff5d4ad5d7fb2919d267cbc23b1d87ae3cf0110/toolkit/components/telemetry/Histograms.json#11126-11143 should we add a probe for the new content blocking pref too?
Yes, I think that's a good idea. We should probably include network.cookie.behavior as well.
