Steps to reproduce:

I updated to v13.0 and went to the settings to try the dark theme. I then left to go to a webpage and ended up removing a bunch of top sites from the list. I then returned to the settings screen to see debugging menu items. 


Actual results:

I saw menu items like “Debug: require password”


Expected results:

To not see these menu items

These are debug options that appear after tapping the version number in the Settings menu 5 times. Tapping the version number 5 times again will disable them. Also, force-quitting and restarting the app will close them as well.
