Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to site https://www.bertrandstone.com/publications/
Actual results:
Some LaTeX equations don't render; rather, the source (in between the dollar signs) is displayed instead (see the image attached below)
Expected results:
All the LaTeX equations should render

I was able to reproduce the mentioned behavior using the latest Nightly build and Firefox release build on Windows 10 x64 and OS X 10.12. When loading the provided page I can clearly see that some equations are not rendered properly as shown in the attached picture. On competitor browsers, the equations are displayed properly.
