Steps to reproduce:
Hello I would like say this options is just **** .2 options Tracking complicity slow down open website .
Actual results:
Somebody who has 1Gb/s can use this options but somebody as I who has 24 mb can't open website .I just say this is totally useless.
Expected results:
This options should protect me but not slow down load website .Actually for my this is just **** .

Hi reporter,
I tested this using Windows 10 and Nightly with enabled and disabled Content Blocking, but I could not manage to see a performance difference.
If content blocking is still slowing down your open website, could you please provide performance reports with enabled and disabled options?

Sorry but I stopped test Firefox .because when I submit report .People ignore me and not respond.Then I said .I don't need longer help Firefox if people just ignore me .I install stable Firefox 61 .And give chance another users help Mozilla Team .
