User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180807170231 Steps to reproduce: Going thrrough purchase check out process on Landsend.com using Firefox 61.0.2. Put in credit card details and click complete payment. Firefox will return a message something like "Payment authorisation has expired". The transaction is then unable to proceed any further. I can complete Landsend payment transaction and check out using Chrome or Edge. Therefore it is most likely a Firefox issue. Actual results: Consistent error message with "payment authorisation has expired" on Landsend.com when going through the check out and payment process. Expected results: Payment transaction using credit card should go through normally using Firefox on Landsend.com
Build ID 20180807170231 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Tested with Test Credit Card Account Numbers and as expected I got the error message that my CCard is not valid.

I did another transaction with Landsend about 3 weeks ago using FireFox 62. Same problem again. Getting error message with "payment authorisation has expired" on Landsend.com when going through the check out and payment process using a Mastercard. I reverted to using MS Edge and payment went through fine with Edge browser. The payment issue is unresolved with FireFox I am afraid. I hope you have some kind of sandbox to test payment transactions with Landsend.com as I am not able to do further testing with real transactions.

From their support team: I will be passing your inquiry on to our Web site experts. In the meantime, I will be happy to give you our standard information on the error message the customer reported. The "authorization for payment has expired" will only happen for customers located outside the USA. Our site partners with Borderfree to process payments for orders shipped to Canada (for example) and many other countries. Please encourage the customer to reach out to us at technical@landsend.com, and we will be glad to help. With this information I'm going to close this report for now. But please let us know if there is a Firefox specific issue that we can help with.
