I migrated my 4.x profile over to 5.0 using apprunner -installer. Now when i
startup the 5.0 browser, I can't see the throbber or the end of the URL bar.

After some investigation, it looks like it is due to the fact that there are
alot of buttons on my personal toolbar. I think the URL area is resizing to
match the width of the personal toolbar which is trying to accomodate all of
it's buttons. Removing most of the buttons so that there are just enough to fit
in the window causes the throbber and url bar to appear on screen again.

This behavior is the reverse of 4.x, where I believe the personal toolbar
matched the width of the URL area, clipping any buttons that couldn't fit on
screen.
