User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180807170231 Steps to reproduce: Enter "Customize..." mode. Add spaces to the title bar. They add. Hover over them to remove them, you can't remove it. Actual results: Hovering over the spacer tile in the combined title/tab bar should cause a hand icon to appear, but instead it remains an arrow and you cannot grab the spacer tile. Expected results: Like in the mail toolbar, you should be able to grab and remove spacers.
Checked it over with safe mode. Problem persists. Did not try a reinstall.
