Details

We'd like to be able to target snippet users based on whether or not they have auto-update enabled. 

This may help us begin to ascertain a user's level of tech savviness and usage habits. Could possibly be measured against retention and/or (if value = no) be used for upgrade campaigns.

Telemetry attribute >> update.enabled

As mentioned in a previous bug, it sounded like this ask may be easier to expose for snippets targeting than some of our other requests. If so, we can consider re-prioritizing (Bugs 1483037, 1483040, 1483041, 1483046, 1483050) so that at least 5 new capabilities get pulled in with the 63 release, and a subsequent 5 with 64.
