User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0+)
Gecko/20020528
BuildID: 2002052809
When I scroll a jpeg offscreen, or erase it with a window, it doesn't come back.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page with JPEGs, allow them to finish loading.
2. Scroll the images offscreen
3. Scroll the images back onscreen.
Actual Results: The images didn't reappear, only their borders.
Expected Results: The images should have reappeared.
This has been occurring in the past few builds, but I don't think I had this
problem in RC2. I do believe it's in RC3, however. It may have to do with my ATI
card (their drivers have horrible GDI support, image-wise - plenty of stuff
related to erasing and clipping and such.)

Once I scrolled the images off and then back onto the screen, all I saw were
the borders.

This doesn't seem to affect all JPEGs, and it affects the page even if i close
and re-open it, or refresh it. I'm going to try clearing my cache, too.

After clearing my cache and experimenting, it appears to be having corruption
issues with the jpegs - they only download partially, so i see part of them, and
if i scroll away, they are completely gone.

Well, it works for me with 2002070204 on Win2k.
Kevin, if I understand you correctly, might the problem have been that the
images were not completely downloaded, only partially displayed, but not
displayed anymore after they had been scrolled out of sight?
That would make this bug sound a bit like bug 58880?
