This is a meta bug to track the screenshots functionality for devtools. Screenshots has been migrated from GCLI to the console, and any work not related to GCLI removal (which is tracked here: Bug #1429421) is to be tracked in this bug. This includes any historical bugs related to screenshots functionality inherited from GCLI.
