If I understood the bug report correctly, there is no redirect -- Mozilla just 
goes into an infinite loop and hangs.

I see. Well, I did one more test, WFM also on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98;
en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020530.

I was able to load the URL without a problem. Marking WFM.
