In Bug 1481638 we filter out CFI flags from cargo.  This is not ideal, and we should investigate what the specific error is and fix it.

> If we added these CFI flags to the computed link flags list then I think you could do something like LINK_FLAGS['CFI'] = [] in moz.build files that reference Rust code, and that ought to work sensibly.
