I tried to use Phabricator for a nightly-only secure bug: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D3409 But it never got to the bug or out of the state of: > This draft revision will be sent for review once this build passes: Build 6592: Wait Until Bugzilla Updates Revision.
D3405's edit policy was set to "reviewers" (see bug 1480687 about preventing). resetting the edit policy back to 'all users' allowed bugzilla to fix things up, and process the backlogged queue.
