I suspect this is related to the clip chain changes in that regression range. I'll investigate today.

The fix is here - https://github.com/servo/webrender/pull/2973 - still needs a try run to make sure it doesn't break anything else.

I see this tab animation issue on Windows, too. I also saw a similar problem with Google Calendar's button click animations. They were reproducible with both my Windows laptop's integrated Intel GPU and discrete NVIDIA GPU.
