Steps to reproduce:
scroll to the top of the page feature, which allows you to instantly scroll to the top of the web page by clicking the active tab
Actual results:
an option to set “Reload all tabs” & “Duplicate tab(s)” shortcuts would be nice too

You can do this with extensions.

yes but want an built-in opt like in other bowers

Are you sure Chrome does this? Does it need to be enabled manually? I don't seem to get this feature here: Chromium 75.0.3770.90 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu, running on Ubuntu 19.04 (64-bit)

Any news on this? It's a very useful feature.
