Details

Currently we run a service which runs on an internal server which polls Treeherder for pending jobs and starts enough Bitbar test containers to run the required tests. We want to eliminate the need for an external server and service and have everything managed and controlled in-tree.
Priority: -- → P2

Andrew & Relops will be taking over the migration from the autophone-1 server.

Morphing this bug to defining Bitbar docker images and projects via configuration files.

This was solved out of tree via https://github.com/bclary/mozilla-bitbar-docker and https://github.com/bclary/mozilla-bitbar-devicepool
