AWFY is being replaced by an in-tree solution based on Raptor. When the in-tree solution is running we need to:

1. Decommission the arewefastyet.com vm.
2. Return/ewaste test machines.
3. Remove dns, network acls, etc.

#1 was done as part of the scl3 decommision. I filed Bug 1497334 for #3.
