1483719 - Create Socorro product for "GeckoView"

Bug #1482227 covers adding an api to GeckoView to change the ProductName and ProductID annotation values. If the product doesn't call that API or if the product crashes before that API is called, then it'll end up with a default ProductName and ProductID.

One possible plan is to have the ProductName default to "GeckoView".

This bug covers adding that to Socorro.

I verified the code changes on stage. Everything looks good.

This will go to production soon.
