in CERT_DestroyCertificate(CERTCertificate *cert)

NSSTrustDomain *td = STAN_GetDefaultTrustDomain(); returns garbage.

This turned out to be a bug in the application.  The app was calling
NSS_Shutdown before releasing all cert refereces.
