Details

Devices: running on Android 7 or higher.
Build: Nightly 63.0a1;

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh install / clear app's data on Nightly.
2. Check the "Nightly stats and data" notification.

Expected result:
The notification should be visible only in the notification bar & tray.

Actual result:
The notification appears on top of the app, covering the URL bar.
I don't think we need a separate notification channel for that kind of one-off notifications - for example we're only showing the "Nightly stats and data" notification after installation, right?

At this stage, I think we should just fix bug 1479532 (preferably before Firefox 63 reaches Beta).
