Build: 13.1(11773)
Device: iPhone 8
iOS: 11.4

Pre-conditions:
- Dark Theme set to "Automatically" 
- Set dark theme indicator to half
- iOS brightness set to maximum so Light theme is applied

Steps to reproduce:
1. Close Firefox from app switcher 
2. Set iOS brightness to minimum 
3. Launch Firefox 

Actual results:
- Light theme is still applied.  

Expected results:
- Dark theme should be applied.

The setting isn't being saved until the Display setting view is closed, and the the app kill doesn't close the settings.
