To match Firefox and make porting things like bug 1471420 easier, flatten the mail/components/shell and rename nsMail*Integration to ns*ShellService https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try-comm-central&revision=90c672c3e392ea04af65661a4f85aa00c0544871&selectedJob=194279270 Try seems happy. Dunno why it didn't build windows though.
