Every once and a while when i open a new navigator window and i go to type in 
the Address bar i can not type.  if i go to notepad or something else i can 
confirm my keyboard works fine.   if i close that windows and open it again it 
seems to go away,  the only way to duplicate it is to open a new window and 
sometimes it will happen.   

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new window
2. try to type in the adress bar


Actual Results:  the text in the address bar does not change

Expected Results:  it changes as i type
