Not sure what exactly is causing this though I have this gut feeling its the css
positioning.  All the css is legit though as far as I can tell.

The problem is that you cannot use your mouse to select ANY form element,
whether its the input field or the button.  You can still use <tab> to select
form elements though you often lose you typing in the password field and often
the buttons are not shown or not shown as selected (lots of blind faith submitting.

I see it in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020530.

Could you please try to reduce the testcase to find what exactly causes the problem?

IE6 6.0.2600.0000 actually shows it correctly surprisingly.  Discovered trying
to figure out a hack that would let me center vertically and horizontally using
<div>'s only (vertical-align: middle doesn't exactly work) .... will clean up a
little later tonight and try and narrow it down.

Been awhile since I have looked at this bug and to be honest, no longer sure
what I am looking for (in the (improved) test case).  When I look at my orginal
work though (Test case), seems to working correctly as expected with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312. 

Marking "WORKSFORME" unless somebody objects.
