Pre-conditions:
- 2 tabs opened

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open tabs tray
2. Long tap on the 2nd tab to re-arrange it
3. While holding the finger on the second tab swipe the 1st tab to close it
4. Drag the second tab left and right releasing it in the 2nd position
5. Tap on the 1st tab

Actual results:
- Firefox crashes

Note:
- This also manifests on 13.1 (11805) as a unresponsive state.

This is the crash I had. For me it required an unusual sequence of gestures so I think it is an edge case.

I am no longer reproducing this issue with the latest master (08dcf324de82) or latest beta 14.0 (12228)
