+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1323494 +++

The doorhanger notifications could need some changes after recent changes in Gecko:

- Styling is alien in the Classic theme. Flat design with flat buttons
- Notification icon for storage is a dull black and white svg for both Modern and Classic.
- Learn more urls are absent. This needs a separate change for the website. The website is currently en-US only so we need to inquire if we want to add l10n content here too. Only ru and de have l10n websites and at least the status for de is current.
- IndexDB prompt is obsolete and we need to check the other prompts too.
