From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020528 BuildID: 20020528 In the mail window none of the text will wraparound past a certain length. It's like it was hardcoded for a certain resolution. I resize the window. but the text of the message won't...lengthen? I don't know how to put it. its like theres an imaginary right side of the text box. I hope this is not a "feature." Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make the window bigger than it is when it first comes up. 2. Write a message that should wrap-around Actual Results: It wrapped early Expected Results: It should have made a newline at the end of the texbox
are you composing as HTML or plain text? edit->preferences->Mail & News->Composition "Wrap plain text messages at __ characters"
I don't understand your report. Are you complaining that Mozilla does not create endless lines? This indeed is a feature as Andrew says. Before sending this is indeed a soft wrapping, i.e., if you change text it flows. pi
