1484932 - Update GeckoView maven group id: org.mozilla.geckoview

Currently the group id of GeckoView artifacts is just "org.mozilla". I recommend following the patterns of other popular libraries/companies like Square and including "geckoview" in the group id: org.mozilla.geckoview

* This will avoid that we will pollute the "root" "org.mozilla" with a lot of things.
* It nicely groups related artifacts, e.g. for different architectures or if the GV team decides to create a Kotlin Extensions artifact then they can all live in the same group.
