migration from esr52 to esr60 with masterpassword
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180621121604 Steps to reproduce: i tested migration from esr52 to esr60 and i have a problem on my own device. I am using a master password and after upgrading to esr60.1.0 I have the problem that firefox isn't really coming up - I see 2 windows one regular application and the password windows but none of them are accessible. After killing process and using another profile - without password - its loading normally. If I set a master password then, close FF and start it, it working as expected, asking for password and starts FF. For my default profile I have found an workaround, right click on firefox icon, start a private tab, then it asks for password and I can enter it, after starting private tab I start the normal ones and then it works. But after close and regular start same problem with inaccessible password /application window again. Actual results: seems to be broken Expected results: FF should start regular and ask for password and then run

In about:config, what's the value of the preference "security.enterprise_roots.enabled"?

Dear Dana, sorry was in vacation. Setting of security.enterprise_roots.enabled is true. Regards, Sascha
Hmmm - this sounds like bug 1471932, but we uplifted that to ESR60, so it should be fixed now. Do you have the latest version of ESR60? If so, do you see the same bug with Nightly? (you should probably backup your profile before you try out Nightly, since we're in the process of changing how profiles work on different branches).
