To improve access to the "Disable JavaScript" feature, it could be turned into a off-by-default toolbox button.
This means:
1. Moving the "Disable JavaScript" feature from "Settings > Advanced" to "Settings > Available Toolbox Buttons"
2. And creating the corresponding toolbox button
Rationale:
- It would make this feature a little bit more discoverable (especially if, in the future, there are further UX work on making tools easier to explore and activate)
- For users who rely on this feature, once enabled it would be a single click to enable/disable JS for the current session, versus 3 clicks ("…" menu > "Settings" > "Disable JavaScript").
- For users who rely on this feature, it would mean less switching away from the current tool you are in (e.g. the Inspector or Network Monitor) to settings and back, saving even more clicks.

Hi, I would like to work on this feature. Please could you assign it to me? Could you also let me know where to begin?

Yes please! It is such a hassle to access and find the option generally. The UX to get to and find this option is a bit of a hassle for a feature that finds a lot of use being toggled frequently when in that work mode. Would love to see a much more prevalent button.
