The previous patch did not include hashes for rust code, so our linking actually got a lot slower because lld had to calculate the missing hashes. This patch makes linking about 10% faster on my machine, but that number is noisy and I'm not entirely convinced it's real, so I'm interested in hearing other people's experiences.
