Bump version of SEARCH
_SERVICE _ENGINE _COUNT probe
SEARCH_SERVICE_ENGINE_COUNT expired in 60. We want to keep it, for now, so we should bump the version.

As :adw noted in the review: This requires a data collection review. See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Data_Collection#Requesting_Data_Collection on how to submit a request and flag one of the data stewards for review.
I think I'll just bump it to 65 then. My only goal was to avoid the expired telemetry.
Data Collection Review is needed even if an existing probe is just extended.
On further review, I'm just going to remove this probe. We have historical data that we've never used if we really want to answer any questions.

Do we want this on Beta too?

Unless we have some test failure because of it, I don't think so.
