[Steps to reproduce]
1. Open Firefox and in the Hamburger Menu, click on Content Blocking
2. about:preferences#privacy will be opened and Content Blocking section will be focused
3. Set Slow tracking element to "Always block"
4. Set Trackers to "Never block"
5. Go to about:config and set browser.fastblock.timeout to 2000 ms
6. Access: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/world-asia-42009839
[Expected result]
Content on the page is being loaded
[Actual result]
Twitter posts are blocked and message: "Sorry, this Twitter post is currently unavailable." is shown. [Check attachment]
