[Steps to reproduce]
1. Open Firefox and in the Hamburger Menu, click on Content Blocking
2. about:preferences#privacy will be opened and Content Blocking section will be focused
3. Set Slow tracking element to "Always block"
4. Set Trackers to "Never block"
5. Go to about:config and set browser.fastblock.timeout to 2000 ms
6. Install or load the https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/fastest-notifier-for-gmail/versions/?page=1#version-0.3.0
7. Make sure Gmail is logged in.
8. Click the toolbar button to activate its panel.

Content on the add-on is being loaded

[Actual result]
Loading icon remains stuck infinitely and content is not loading on that section [Check attachment]

Update: The content of the addon is loading and blocked by FastBlock but no fastblosk icon appears in the address bar to indicate that the content has been blocked.
