The "Open File" dialog in the browser used to have file filters for "All Readable Files", "HTML Files", "XML Files" ,"Images Files", etc, but these have recently disappeared. Please replace.

This might require support from the "file picker" widget but I'll take the bug for now till I find out for sure (and I'll do what's necessary on our end regardless).

I get this too with build 2000-0327-18. The only file type option is "All files".

Summary: Open file dialog filter → [FEATURE]Open file dialog filter
Putting on [nsbeta2+][5/16] radar. This is a feature MUST complete work by 05/16 or we may pull this feature for PR2.
Whiteboard: [nsbeta2+][5/16]
File filters are now present (not sure what changed, though; probably switch to nsIFilePicker).
