1485419 - Add an event label to Yandex download page signifying a Yandex referral

We released a new download page that we show to Russian IPs. It offers a Yandex build of Firefox via a download button that is actually a referral to a Yandex download site. We should add an event label to this download button that distinguishes this event from other downloads.

Suggestion for event label: 
`data-partner-referral="yandex"`

Better label ideas welcome.

Is there a way for us to trigger the Russian Yandex CTA link instead of the normal download without spoofing a Russian IP?
