- 62.0b19, 61, 63.0a1 (2018-08-22), 60.1.0esr;

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04LTS, win10x64, macOS 10.13;

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Click on the context-menu-button button  for Highlights;
3. Resize the browser so that the dropdown is truncated;
4. Repeat step 2;
5. Repeat step 2 so it's displayed again;

[Enhancement - Expected result]:
- If there is enough space the menu becomes a dropup;

[Actual result]:
- The menu is still displayed as a dropdown

[Regression range]:
- will check if it is a regression asap, or based on the reply;

Manually checked older versions, does not seem to be a regression. Leaving it as an enhancement.
