Ability to download .patch files in Phabricator
It is possible to download .diff files spanning all commits in Phabricator using the ‘Download Raw Diff’ link in the right-hand box. It would be useful if it also had the option to download the raw .patch files so one could examine exactly what would end up landing in central. The patchfiles contain the commit metadata such as committer, timestamp, and commit message in addition to the diff itself.
I have a feeling that upstream wouldn't be interested in this, but we'll find out. Otherwise, maybe a tool or separate webservice is the way to go.

Individual commit patches are not uploaded to Phabricator. The list of commits that make up a single revision is just meta data uploaded along with a single diff that spans them all. Lando gives you a preview of the commit message and author information it will use to land, and the single squashed diff becomes the commit.
