The issue is related to `trackingprotection` breakage. Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources: The resource at “http://www.googletagservices.com/tag/js/gpt.js” was blocked because content blocking is enabled. The resource at “http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1” was blocked because content blocking is enabled. The resource at “http://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js” was blocked because content blocking is enabled. The resource at “http://ib.adnxs.com/ut/v3/prebid” was blocked because content blocking is enabled. The resource at “http://ap.lijit.com/rtb/bid?src=prebid_prebid_1.20.0” was blocked because content blocking is enabled. So below are the domains to test: - www.googletagservices.com - connect.facebook.net - www.google-analytics.com - ib.adnxs.com - ap.lijit.com I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 63, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The Facebook comments are not displayed. I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then WHITELISTED: - facebook.com (including all related domains and frames) - facebook.net (including all related domains) and the comments were displayed. The other resources didn't help. So in conclusion: - facebook.com is in Disconnect categoty = [tp-social]

The same technique I described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1492100#c5 works here as well, with the only difference being that the sdk.js
is for en_US instead of zh_TW. I also noticed that we need to yellowlist https://www.facebook.com/plugins/comments/async/
for the "load more comments" button to work, which I had not tested in the other bug.

The issue no longer occurs, Facebook comments are displayed now with ETP - Standard.
https://prnt.sc/wndzir
Note: The issue still occurs with ETP - Strict enabled.
