Moving forward, we’d like the pref “extensions.pocket.settings.test.panelSignUp” to get set to “control” by default for users that don’t have the pref already set (e.g. users that haven’t clicked on the Pocket button before).
To accomplish this, v1 and v2 should be set to 0, and control should remain as 1.
